The name of the other sister needs to be put in the additional comments box exactly as below,

Sister is: 'name of sister here'

Please write as above no matter the relationship. i.e. step, half, unrelated but living in the same house

If you have a child(ren) that will play in more than one division, then...

You need to register your child for the first age group (& any sisters she has)
and submit the form choosing one of the payment options.
Then start over from the beginning registering your child for the second age group.
